The topping-out ceremony of the South China Sea Resource Protection and Development Innovative Technology Platform project at YZBSTC took place on Aug 28. This project is set to become a hub for innovation in protecting and utilizing South China Sea resources, providing support for modern marine industry research, talent cultivation, and technology transfer.
